Policies

     Please review the following policies before reserving your room:

  • 48 Hour CANCELATION Policy. We must be contacted within 2 days of set arrival date or your credit card will be charged for 1 night. This is NON-NEGOTIABLE barring national disasters.
  • All reservations must be made with a valid credit card. We can put a 6PM hold on those reserving without a credit card or who reserve rooms and are arriving within 48 hours.
  • Pets allowed with a $15 fee per day, per pet.
  • All maid service requests must be made before 1:00pm.
  • No excessive noise and/or partying.
  • We will hold most items left in rooms for 30 days but maids will throw out items that are believed to be trash.
  • Cancelations within the 48 hour period may be refunded if we are able to sell the room.
  • We offer AAA, AARP, military, and trucker discounts.
  • We offer rollaway beds for an aditional $20 per day, per bed.
